Happy #6 Mr. Ayden Louiskenson!

I think it was a good day...
for our 6 year old.
He loves summer school...
and got to bring treats for both school
and St. Pauls.
And go to dinner at Chili's!
Yum!
Doesn't seem possible that this baby boy...
celebrating his 1st birthday...
in Haiti...
Is now our comical, sweet and sensitive 6 year old.
He is so excited to be a year older.
He wants to grow up NOW  - it can't happen fast enough.
He wants to play football and basketball and baseball  - well really any sport there is.
And honestly - he is amazing at anything he tries.
Crazy athletic.
Fast as the wind.
Strong and lean...
and tough as nails.
(unless of course there is some pain or blood...
then the drama kicks in!)

He is a happy, comical, kind, smart, loud guy.
And his sister and brother think he is the bomb.
He is musical...naturally.
He can read books...he can add big numbers.
He learned to control his behavior this year...
and his anger.
He adored his Kindergarten teacher...
and matured so much under her wing.
Our sweet Haitian American 6 year old...
we cannot imagine our lives without your spunkiness.
And your adventurous, yet tentative nature.
You make our lives interesting...
and full of life and love.

I love you to the moon and back my sweet son...
Happy Happy Birthday!!
