Sunday Spotlight - sledding with friends!

Yesterday we spent the afternoon sledding with friends. 

It was not really as crazy as this looks... 

The sun was shining and it was the perfect day to be outside in this gorgeous snow. 

Sandy and Roxie absolutely LOVE when we go sledding. 

Such cute kids and so much fun to have around! 

If you look closely at these pictures - you will notice that our friends two darling children are very photogenic and also very cooperative.

But they make us laugh every time! 

And I forgot to mention - that Mommy and Daddy even took a run down Shooters Club hill.....it was cause for some screaming (cause Roxie was in the way)....and Shannon was being a bit "squished".

Fun times.

Now if we could just get Sam feeling better - he and Korbyn would have been joining us on our sledding adventures - but he has been running a high fever since Tuesday.  He has been to the doctor twice now...finally is on an antibiotic - but no true diagnosis.  Not strep, not influenza...not bronchitis or ear infection.  But he is miserable and once again tonite is burning up.  They did send cultures to the lab - so in a couple days we may know more.  Poor guy is sick of being sick.

Hope everyone had a fun super bowl evening - we throroughly enjoyed ours.  The kids loved the snack foods and had so much fun "pretending" together....it was 9:00 and we didn't even realize it!  Hopefully there are more nights like this in our future - cause it was very, very nice.
